If you're a hostel expert who's tired of the same shared dorms, the same drinking games, the same cliché free walking tours, this is the place that will make every penny of your travel budget worth it!

Now, let me step into a personal storytelling mode, sharing my own experience from the two months I spent developing this project with them.

Let’s dive into a universe within a universe. We’re in Ilhabela, also known as the Island of Magic, where “everything” happens—from sunrise to the shimmering moonlight over the sea.

And more precisely, staying at Hostel da Vila, inside a hippie van, working remotely, meeting people from all over the world, practicing yoga in the morning, falling in love on the beach during the day, dancing my soul away at the Floresta party at night, and the next day, embarking on a 16km jungle trek with four friends I met just the night before, only to sleep on a remote beach and bathe under a sky filled with more stars than I could ever count.

I was constantly amazed by the authenticity of every experience and every connection I made. Living this story firsthand made me even more certain about the project I was creating for Hostel da Vila. Their "out of the box" approach to hospitality is what makes it truly unforgettable.

I became both the storyteller and the character, just as every traveler does when they stay here. The writer of their own journey, yet part of a much greater adventure.
